Hi! I’m Aurelie.

It’s pronounced OR-lee

A designer who sees you clearly makes work that looks like you.

I've always believed that the best design starts with an honest conversation. Before I open a file or pick up a pen, I need to understand who you are, what you're building, and what you want your brand to say about you. That instinct has guided my work for decades; it's what makes Irish Eyes Design different.

The Story Behind the Studio

I studied design and communications at Notre Dame, then launched my career at Timex—where I got a masterclass in brand consistency, quality, and what it means to work at scale. From there, I built a broad foundation—logos, print collateral, infographics, e-commerce, web design, and marketing. Along the way, I contributed to record-breaking sales, helped companies navigate pandemic pivots with smart digital solutions, and discovered my real superpower: seeing exactly who a brand is and making sure the design says it out loud.

I founded Irish Eyes Design as an independent studio because I wanted to do work that matters—on my terms, with clients I genuinely connect with. Today, I specialize in logo design, brand identity, collateral materials, and Squarespace websites for small businesses and entrepreneurs who are ready to show up as the real thing.

How I Work

Clients often tell me I “got” them right away. That’s not an accident. I come to every project genuinely curious about your business — your story, your audience, the feeling you want someone to have when they encounter your brand. I dig into the subtext of what you’re asking for, not just the surface request. And then I translate all of that into design that looks like you at your best.

I’m a solopreneur by choice, which means when you work with me, you’re working with me — not a junior designer or an account manager. You get my full attention, my 20+ years of experience, and my genuine investment in making your project exceptional.

Interesting tidbits about me:

  • I remove nearly 100 exclamation points…daily.

  • I love ampersands, the enneagram, cilantro, & the Oxford comma.

  • I have never consumed a cup of coffee! I enjoy a flavorful chai tea latte or a cinnamon black tea, but coffee is too bitter for me.

  • Authors Brené Brown & Richard Rohr changed my life. I will chat about their ideas any day.

  • I'm an Enneagram 2 — which means I'm all in on every project; fair warning.

  • Leo sun. Cancer moon. Scorpio rising. Yes, I will absolutely look up your sign.

  • Human Design calls me a Manifesting Generator, which explains why I have seventy tabs open right now.

  • I only say yes to projects that genuinely excite me — you'll know the difference.

“She redesigned my logo so beautifully; it completely captured the heart of my brand and exceeded every expectation I had. Aurelie is incredibly warm, welcoming, and truly listens. She heard everything I was looking for and went above and beyond to bring it to life.”

Let’s Work Together

If you're a small business owner, entrepreneur, or founder who needs a logo, a brand refresh, printed materials, or a Squarespace website that truly represents you, let's start the conversation.

People & Partners I Trust

Good work doesn’t happen in isolation. These are the people and businesses I rely on, recommend without hesitation, and am genuinely grateful to call collaborators.

Leslie Lipps at Lipps & Co — Every creative needs a mentor, sounding board, and trusted partner in their corner. Leslie is all three for me.

Consolidated Printing — For all your printing needs, these are the people I trust with my clients’ work.
